Welcome to my website and thank you for taking the time to browse through it. My art is drawn from over 57 years of experiences. I paint in colour and emotion and I hope it instils feelings in you! Sometimes my paintings are fun, joyous and pleasant, other times they are darker, political or more thought provoking.

The Context of a Painting
Every time I paint, I do it in the context of how I’m feeling and what might be happening around me. My pieces can be charged with positive emotion or dark and threatening. what is important is that they make you think and feel!
Background is important
Within each painting is a background of how I arrived at doing the piece. I think it is just as important as the painting itself. So I explain it in a certificated signed document attached to the back of the piece. Its part of the art!
Using my Experience
I have realised over the years that I see emotion in the strangest of places or situations and little things can trigger off a whole new thought process that is surprising at where it ends up. My goal on this site is to share this with you.
